@BlondBabe010 What you probably need to do is use a Primer first then use a concealer and setting powder over it. The majority of primers have silicone in it that will fill in the space of the scar making the concealer and foundation powder cover them to look flawless. The primer I like is called DermaPro Silk Primer.
